Analyzing Road Traffic Accident Data in Power BI

In this session I’ll walk through the lifecycle of a Power BI project, showing how you can download and import open data on British road traffic accidents into Excel using Power Query; model that data using Power Pivot; query the data using PivotTables; construct more complex visualizations using Excel cube formulae and Power Query; plot the data on a map using Power Map; and then finally query that data in English using Q&A. This is the same data that I used in my Power BI competition entry, but with an hour rather than just ten minutes I’ll be able to go into a lot more detail.
